Refund policy

At Miraam, every design is thoughtfully crafted on a made-to-order basis. As our pieces are prepared specifically for each client, we encourage you to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided production has not yet commenced.

  • Once an order has entered the production process, cancellations are no longer possible, as materials and workmanship are allocated specifically for your order.

  • Miraam reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of:

    • Payment discrepancies

    • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

    • Unavailability of materials or production constraints

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The item delivered is defective or damaged.

  • An incorrect item has been delivered.

  • The order is cancelled by Miraam due to unavoidable production or stock issues.

Approved refunds:

  • Are processed via the original payment method.

  • May take 10–15 working days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refundable amounts (if applicable) will be transferred via bank or wallet details provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order and pre-order nature of Miraam products, returns or size exchanges are not offered.

  • Exchanges are approved only in cases where an incorrect item has been delivered.

  • Customers must notify Miraam within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a review.

4. Advance Payments

  • For local orders within Pakistan, 50% advance payment is required for Cash on Delivery orders.

  • This advance payment becomes non-refundable once production begins.

  • International orders require full advance payment to confirm production and dispatch.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To submit a request, please contact our support team within the applicable timeframe and provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of payment (if applicable)

  • Clear description of the issue
