1. General

  • Miraam operates as a fashion brand offering luxury prêt, formal wear, and made-to-order designs.

  • By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

  • Miraam reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its discretion, without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and images.

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, or finishing may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handcrafted detailing, or natural fabric characteristics.

  • Such variations are inherent to luxury craftsmanship and shall not be considered defects.

  • All designs are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment, as outlined in our How to Order & Payments policy.

  • For customers within Pakistan, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a 50% advance payment.
    Full COD orders are not offered.

  • International orders are processed strictly on a full advance payment basis.

  • Miraam reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order in cases of incomplete information, payment discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or unavailability of materials.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Pakistan: 30–35 working days

    • International: 35–45 working days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Miraam shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or regulatory authorities.

  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • As Miraam operates on a made-to-order basis, returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect items delivered

  • Customers must notify Miraam within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for review.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, text, logos, and creative content featured on Miraam’s website are the exclusive intellectual property of Miraam.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or distribution of any content or design is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Miraam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

  • All disputes shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
